💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Estimating ultra high-end custom home builds ($10M–$100M )
- Collaborating with the industry's top architects, designers, and subcontractors
- Creating detailed quantity take-offs and accurate budgets
- Preparing bid packages, analyzing subcontractor quotes, and managing value engineering
- Working closely with Project Managers and ownership on pricing, changes, and planning
- Helping bring some of the most jaw-dropping homes in the country to life
👤 What They’re Looking For:
- Experience estimating custom residential or high-end commercial projects preferred — but not essential
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work at the highest level
- A stable employment background
