Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Position Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. While this organization's primary focus is on Higher Education, Healthcare, and Retail, they welcome candidates with experience in other sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Monitor project performance and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, preferably in Higher Education, Healthcare, or Retail.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, and regulations.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving shared goals.
