We are searching for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a General Contractor based around the Charlotte area.
This contractor specializes in commercial Healthcare, Hospitality, Education and Retail projects among others, this will cover new construction and renovation projects.

Some of your duties will include:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Lead teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Communicate with clients, architects, and stakeholders.
- Manage risks, quality control, and safety on-site.
- Oversee budgets, costs, and ensure project stays on track.
- Handle documentation, permits, and compliance.
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000
Benefits: 10% bonus, auto-allowance, Healthcare, Dental and Vision
Experienced preferred:
Healthcare or Education experience would be a huge plus, but candidates with a varied commercial background are also considered.
