We are partnered with a General Contractor that are developing their Raleigh operations and are looking to appoint a Project Manager due to this growth.
They specialize in a variety of projects such as K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, Industrial and more.
Those with a varied background are preferred, but experience of working on K-12 and/or Higher Education projects would be preferred.

Some of your duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Lead teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Communicate with clients, architects, and stakeholders.
- Manage risks, quality control, and safety on-site.
- Oversee budgets, costs, and ensure project stays on track.
- Handle documentation, permits, and compliance.
Salary:
Up to $150,000 depending on experience
Experience preferred:
Experience of working for a similar General Contractor overseeing ground-up or renovation projects.
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
