Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the estimating process for projects ranging from $10M - $50M
- Work closely with project managers, owners, and architects to prepare accurate estimates
- Review and analyse bid documents to develop comprehensive proposals
- Ensure projects meet cost and schedule targets
- Mentor junior estimators and collaborate with the team to optimize project success
Requirements:
- 10 years of commercial estimating experience
- Proven success with $10M - $50M healthcare and retail projects
- Strong proficiency in cost estimation software and tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
