Position Overview
As Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of on-site construction to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your role will involve coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality projects that align with our clients' expectations and company’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
- Manage subcontractors, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and update schedules, budgets, and project plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment among all team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction, with a focus on Corporate Interiors, Healthcare, Multi-Family, or Education projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of subcontractors and personnel.
- Proficiency in construction management software is an asset.
What is on offer:
- Salary up to $130,000
- 10% annual performance bonus, auto-allowance, Healthcare etc
