Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and subcontractors on commercial projects.
- Ensure safety compliance and quality control across all phases.
- Perform site inspections, resolve issues, and keep projects on track.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Maintain a safe, organized worksite and enforce safety protocols.
Requirements:
- 5 years as a Construction Superintendent with ground-up commercial convenience store and gas station experience valued from $4M .
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and blueprint reading.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- OSHA 30-Hour and other relevant certifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is a plus.
