About the Role
We are currently looking for a full-time Assistant Project Manager based in the Greenville, South Carolina area, with a background in commercial construction . In this role, you'll collaborate closely with trade partners, suppliers, and the entire project team to ensure the effective execution of projects, delivering top-notch results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and maintain project contact lists in SharePoint.
- Prepare and track submittal logs and lists, ensuring proper coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate material deliveries with the superintendent, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Initiate, research, and track Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Address inquiries from subcontractors and suppliers regarding shop drawings and contract details.
- Prepare and manage Owner Change Order requests, ensuring timely approval.
- Develop and distribute monthly Owner Payment Applications.
- Ensure subcontractors and suppliers receive the latest contract documents.
- Attend and participate in project progress meetings to track project status and resolve issues.
- Assist in the development, updating, and maintenance of the project schedule to ensure timely project completion.
