Location: Tampa, FL (This position is located in Tampa for 6 months with a relocation to Naples, FL for 2 years, moving cost covered)

Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead Multifamily construction projects in the Tampa area. If you have 5 years of experience running job sites, managing crews, and delivering projects on time and within budget, we want to talk to you!
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
- Manage schedules, subcontractors, and materials to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain safety standards and enforce OSHA regulations.
- Inspect work for quality and ensure it meets specifications.
- Communicate with project managers to keep everything on track.
What You Bring:
- 5 years of superintendent experience on multifamily construction projects.
- Strong leadership skills and a knack for solving problems on-site.
- Knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- A "get-it-done" attitude and excellent communication skills.
