We are working with a large but local civil contractor that performs work throughout greater Pittsburgh and is looking to hire a strong estimator or EST/PM. This company is involved in Roadwork, Wet Utilities, and civil Site preparation. They perform private and public projects, have an excellent 20 year reputation, and are very successful and profitable. We seek a strong candidate with great experience and a track record in the Civil Construction Industry. This is a great opportunity with a strong player in the market.
$95,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
- Estimate costs for sewer, water, and sitework construction projects.
- Utilize construction estimating skills to accurately determine project expenses.
- Control costs by analyzing pricing and negotiating with suppliers.
- Utilize software tools for precise estimations.
- Oversee construction sites to ensure projects are progressing according to plans.
- Collaborate with construction management to adhere to contracts and project timelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
