We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and concrete pouring.
- Load and unload materials and tools from trucks and job sites.
- Prepare job sites by cleaning up debris and ensuring that all tools are organized and accessible.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely under the supervision of experienced workers.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow on-site.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy materials, digging trenches, and moving equipment as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates willing to learn.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
