Position Summary:
Builder Bros Construction is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to manage and maintain construction schedules across our new builds, restoration, and home improvement projects. This role is critical in keeping our projects on track by coordinating tasks, timelines, and team resources through the Buildertrend platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Buildertrend and a solid understanding of residential construction workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create, maintain, and update project schedules using Buildertrend
· Coordinate with project managers, field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure accurate scheduling of tasks and deadlines
· Monitor progress and adjust timelines proactively to avoid delays
· Input and manage dependencies, deadlines, and milestone tracking within Buildertrend
· Generate and distribute scheduling reports to leadership and field teams
· Ensure tasks are clearly assigned and updated with proper documentation in the system
· Serve as the go-to Buildertrend expert for scheduling-related questions and training
· Identify potential bottlenecks and collaborate on solutions
Qualifications & Skills:
· 2 years of experience using Buildertrend in a construction scheduling or project coordination role
· Solid understanding of construction phases, trades, and sequencing (interior, exterior, and structural)
· Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Construction field experience or knowledge is a strong plus
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
