Position Summary:

Builder Bros Construction is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Director of Administration (Office Manager) to oversee operations at both our New Philadelphia and Cleveland, OH offices. This leadership role requires a proactive professional who can manage office operations, streamline administrative processes, and support executive leadership to enhance efficiency and productivity across our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations across both office locations
  • Develop, implement, and manage office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency
  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate workflow between departments
  • Manage office budgets, including expense tracking, vendor negotiations, and procurement
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
  • Assist executives and project managers with reporting, scheduling, and document management
  • Handle communication with clients, vendors, and external partners professionally
  • Coordinate office logistics, including facility maintenance, supplies, and IT support
  • Organize company events, training sessions, and internal meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
  • 5 years of experience in office management, administrative leadership, or related roles
  • Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software
  • Ability to travel between the New Philadelphia and Cleveland offices as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $86,719.00 per year

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
