Position Summary:
Builder Bros Construction is hiring Skilled Construction Workers to join our growing team. We’re looking for hardworking, dependable individuals with hands-on experience in interior and exterior construction, including new builds, restoration, and home improvement projects. Key Responsibilities:
· Perform a wide range of tasks on construction sites including framing, drywall, flooring, siding, roofing, windows, doors, trim, and more
· Assist in both rough and finish work, depending on project phase
· Work on new construction projects, remodels, and restoration jobs
· Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized worksite
· Use power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment with care and skill
· Collaborate with crew members and foremen to complete tasks efficiently
· Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
· Prefer experience in construction trades (interior, exterior, or both)
· Ability to read basic plans and follow instructions accurately
· Familiarity with tools, materials, and methods used in residential construction
· Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
· Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders, scaffolding, or rooftops
· Valid driver’s license preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.25 - $21.27 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
