THE ROLE
This is a remote-friendly position open to candidates in the Mountain & Pacific Time Zone, with a preference for candidates in the greater Denver metro area where our Sales and Marketing team is located for occasional in-person collaboration. The specific states we are targeting include: California, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, Utah, Washington.

In this dynamic environment, the Integrated Marketing Manager plays a vital hands-on role, coordinating and executing marketing efforts across multiple channels to deliver a cohesive and impactful experience for Builder Prime's all-in-one business management platform. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll collaborate with both our three-person Marketing team and other departments to ensure marketing communications, digital campaigns, and industry events align with Builder Prime's business goals.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Campaign Creation & Project Management
- Work collaboratively with the Sr. Product & Content Marketing Manager to manage a comprehensive marketing calendar that coordinates campaigns, content, and events across multiple channels.
- Coordinate podcast distribution across multiple channels
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution using project management tools (Monday.com & Notion) to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and team resources.
- Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Create the copy for targeted email campaigns that nurture leads through the funnel, from awareness to decision and work with Marketing Operations to execute.
- Collaborate with the Events/Office Coordinator & Sr. Partnerships Manager to plan customer engagement events at industry trade shows and other external events.
- Partner with external vendors and agencies to help with GTM execution.
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, along with identifying others to experiment with to engage home improvement industry professionals through regular engagement and valuable content.
- Create and post compelling social content that showcases Builder Prime's platform features, customer success stories, and industry insights.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns targeting home improvement professionals, including Google and Meta Ads, along with identifying others to experiment with.
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics to continually refine our messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.
THE MUST-HAVES.
- 2-4 years of experience in integrated marketing or demand generation with preference for experience at an early stage B2B or B2C SaaS organization.
- Strong project management skills with experience using project management tools
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM/Marketing Automation systems, social media management tools).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail, can prioritize a dynamic workload, and successfully handle multiple deadlines with a busy schedule.
- Data-driven approach to evaluating campaign performance and optimizing for ROI.

This position will pay a base salary of $90k - $110k, depending on experience and location, with an additional variable compensation element to be discussed in the interview process.
