This is a hybrid position. The Builder Prime Sales Team is located in the greater Denver metropolitan area. Team members come to the company workspace in Broomfield, CO 2-3 days a week.
The Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a crucial role in spearheading our sales strategies and generating new business opportunities. The SDR will be focused on outbound prospecting and lead generation, engaging with prospects, cultivating relationships, and setting the stage for sales success. You will work alongside a small team of in-house SDRs and a small team of outsourced SDRs to find potential ideal-fit customers for Builder Prime's all-in-one business software.
Required:
- A bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A creative and analytical mindset, capable of navigating through various sales scenarios.
- A passion for technology and innovation within the industry.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and ascend within a sales organization.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM software.
- Prior experience as an SDR with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Knowledge or experience in SaaS and the construction industry.

Compensation and OTE: This role pays a base salary of $60,000/year and a $20,000/year variable (monthly commissions are based on sales qualified lead (SQL) targets), for total On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $80,000.
