Key Responsibilities :

Primary Contact for Borrowers : Be the main liaison for your borrowers, managing inquiries and proactively communicating updates.
Effective Problem Solver : Tackle borrower concerns regarding construction draws, interest payments, loan modifications, and payoffs by collaborating with internal teams for thorough risk analysis and processing.
Informed Advisor : Provide precise insights on each deal and borrower through proactive follow-ups to assist with strategic loan management decisions.

The Ideal Candidate :

Proactive Manager : Skilled in juggling multiple responsibilities, taking charge of your portfolio, and ensuring that borrowers’ projects progress as scheduled.

Daily Duties :

Team Collaboration : Work closely with other Client Relationship Managers and cross-functional teams, including sales, servicing, and credit, to share insights and resolve issues collaboratively.

Enhancing Borrower Experience : Improve the borrower experience during the most critical phase of the lending process, fostering customer retention and driving repeat business.
