We are looking for a Servicing Systems Specialist to join our team in our Puyallup, WA office! The Servicing Systems Specialist will assist in the development, integration, and optimization of systems and processes crucial to loan servicing operations, with a specific focus on supporting modifications and amendments, capital partner approvals and reporting requests, and internal approval workflows. This role requires familiarity with servicing technology, process improvement, and supporting complex approval procedures to help ensure that servicing functions operate efficiently and compliantly.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist in evaluating, troubleshooting, and resolving system bugs and issues alongside the Product & Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure smooth system integration with servicing workflows.
- Support system updates and improvements as a Servicing team representative, ensuring minimal disruptions during upgrades.
- Help manage workflows for loan modifications, amendments, and restructures, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to document changes, update systems, and maintain data accuracy.
- Monitor and help ensure compliance with company policies for all modifications and amendments.
- Assist in drafting detailed write-ups for capital partner reviews, including proposed loan modifications and amendments.
- Assist in supporting the approval processes with capital partners, ensuring clear communication and timely decision-making.
- Maintain organized records of capital partner approvals and ensure changes are accurately integrated into servicing systems.
- Identify opportunities within servicing workflows for automation, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Assist in the development, documentation, and enforcement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the servicing teams.
- Assist in creating training materials for staff on new systems, tools, and workflows.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and additional contact for troubleshooting servicing system issues.
- Support ensuring servicing systems and processes meet regulatory, compliance, and partner-specific requirements.
- Help conduct regular audits to verify data integrity, process adherence, and system functionality.
- Tech Savvy: You are comfortable working with loan servicing systems and technologies. You understand the ins and outs of how servicing platforms work and how to maximize their potential for operational success, as well as have a strong ability to adapt to new tools, platforms, and technologies.

Pay Range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00 commensurate with experience and education.
