We are looking to add a Cash Application Coordinator to our Team!
Primarily a remote/work from home opportunity in the Dallas, TX area. However, the selected candidate will be onsite in office for training for the first 2-4 weeks and must be available to attend in person meetings and training onsite as needed.
Under general supervision, this position works to resolve issues related to customer cash application. Assists in identifying potential solutions and resolving discrepancies.
Responsibilities:
- Processes payments matched to correct customers and proper general ledger accounts.
- Resolves issues with customer cash application by understanding the issue, researching potential drivers and identifying potential solutions that meet the need of the company and the customer.
- Acts as a partner to Credit, Operations and Sales by quickly bringing issues to their attention, working with them to understand the cause of the problem.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two (2) years accounts receivable or credit experience or comparable combination of experience and education.
- Intermediate excel proficiency.
