Job Description:
The Executive Director of Building Operations will be responsible for managing all aspects of our locations, including sales, operations, production, delivery, purchasing, and inventory control. This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in driving sales and profits in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and develop and implement inventory control programs.
- Motivate employees to maintain a productive workforce.
- Recruit, hire, and train new staff, and establish objectives and performance measures for existing employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Four years of related managerial experience and/or training.
- Prior experience in the building materials industry is required.

Work Environment:
