Salary Range : $40,000-$60,000 potential bonus opportunity

The Job :
CBUSA, a Buildertrend company, is looking for ambitious individuals to join our rapidly growing Sales Team as a Sales Development Representative.
Successful Sales Development Representatives are competitive, motivated by results, and are passionate about sales and the solution we provide our clients.

What You Will Do :
- Conduct 50 to 60 outbound calls daily to identify and engage with potential independent home builders.
- Qualify leads based on our target criteria and determine their interest in CBUSA's offerings.
- Set up appointments and demos for account executives to present our solutions to prospective builders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to the sales process.
Who You Are and What You Need :
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 2 years of lead generation and / or sales experience.
- Oral and written communication skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
