Pay Range:
$39000.00 to $45000.00
Position Summary:
As the Assistant Service Manager, you will provide administrative support to the Branch Manager.
- Dispatch Service Technicians
- Prepare proposals
- Update work orders
- Work heavily in MS Office programs
- Support Branch Manager on day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
· Receive and coordinate service calls and work with the service manager for current schedules.
· Monitor GPS tracking system and technician’s workload throughout the day.
· Provide updates via customer portals.
· Contact customers to schedule service and maintenance calls.
· Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner.
· Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
· Performing on-call duties as an on-call Coordinator approximately every 7-9 weeks
