We specialize in 1:1 ABA therapy for children diagnosed with Autism, providing services in home and school settings using evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress.

Your Role as an RBT:

1. Work 1:1 with children, helping them develop life and communication skills
2. Implement customized treatment plans designed by expert BCBAs
3. Track progress and behaviors to ensure positive outcomes
4. Collaborate with families and team members to provide the best support
5. Be a positive role model and make a lasting impact

What We’re Looking For:

1. Active RBT Certification (Required)
2. Passion for working with children and making a difference
3. Strong communication & teamwork skills
4. Reliable transportation & a valid driver’s license
5. Availability for afternoons, evenings, or weekends (flexible shifts available)
