We cater to children from 18 months to 12 years old and offer various programs including toddler and preschool full/half day programs, school-age care, and summer camps. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher located in Highland, MI. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing emergent and SEL lessons, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, and nurturing the intellectual, social/emotional, moral, and physical development of each child. Responsibilities also include communication of writing learning process through “Learning Stories”, documentation, and feedback to parents. Establishing positive relationships with families through conversations and semi-annual parent-teacher conferences is also essential.

- Ability to work collaboratively with children, parents, and staff
- Experience with the Reggio Emilia approach and emergent curriculum is a plus
- CDA,
AA, or
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- First Aid and CPR certification are beneficial
- Working outside all 4 seasons
