We are currently hiring FULL-TIME, 30hr / week BCBAs for our Avon Location!
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Benefits :
- 30-hours billable Full Time, ability to earn an hourly wage above the 30 hour salary.

Assessing children using various insurance-approved assessments to include / but not limited to / VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, Social Assessments, Vineland, IISCA, and PFAWriting, reviewing, and editing Treatment Plans and Behavior Plans in a timely matter, as necessary per insurance requirementsFamiliarity with insurance reviews and phone callsMaintaining a caseload of 8-10 clients in consultation with the Clinical Director or Assistant Clinical DirectorWilling to undergo PCM, IISCA / PFA, Feeding, and Sleep training Dr Greg Hanley's approachUses effective time management throughout the week based on client insurance authorizations and RBT oversightAttend BCBA weekly / bi-weekly BCBA MeetingsCollaborate with other related service providers such as SLP, OT, PT, and schools on an ongoing or as-needed basisConduct parent training on a routine weekly or bi-weekly basis for all clients and families - to include center-based or in home as-neededDaily supervision of clients and RBTsCompleting weekly data review and program updates per each clients' individual needsContribute to the ongoing training of RBTs including completing fidelities, supervision notes, conducting team meetings and trainings, and professional development daysParticipate in ongoing professional development, training, and CEUs as assignedStaying up to date and in compliance with the BACB ethics and standards, as well as maintaining both BCBA / BCaBA and COBA certificationDemonstrates qualities of a good leader within the organizationKeywords : ABA, applied behavior analysis, autism, SBT, behavior, compassionate care, trauma informed care, natural environment teaching, therapy, psychology, early childhood education, preschool, kid / child / children / toddler, childcare.
