As a Part-Time ART ENRICHMENT Teacher, you will lead a class of students through a successful school year, by using our proprietary and comprehensive ART ENRICHMENT curriculum. Your goal is to create a welcoming, fun learning environment and guide students to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, and has a passion for ART and teaching elementary school age children! Responsibilities:
- Utilize our proprietary curriculum
- Encourage the development of students’ critical thinking skills
- Prepare any necessary learning materials
- Guide students through the learning process
- Take attendance and account for all students
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a healthy and safe learning environment
Qualifications:
- No certification required
- Previous experience teaching at the k-12 level is preferred
- Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
- Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
- Fun and energetic personality
