Key Responsibilities
- Product Knowledge & Support :
Develop a deep understanding of our equipment, products, and solutions.
Prepare accurate and detailed quotes based on project requirements.
Keep track of shipping from overseas warehouse(s) and coordinate with the sales team to ensure orders are completed on time.
Collaborate with customers to understand project needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
