Stepping into the shoes of our Customer Service / Inside Sales position means embracing a role that is the backbone of BFC’s customer satisfaction. It's a position that requires meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of our customers' needs. As our Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative, you are also responsible for will-call assisting walk-in customers with their transactions.

Knowledge relating to ornamental iron and fencing material is A Plus.
Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Performing both telephone and will-call sales
- Writing and processing sales documentation
- Coordinating with customers and internal company departments
- Various customer service functions
- Computer, math, and reading skills are needed.
