We serve some of the largest commercial accounts in the state, and we’re looking to grow our team with a driven and organized Commercial Sales Assistant in our Bozeman location.
Position Overview:
We're seeking a sharp and energetic Commercial Sales Assistant to support our sales team by identifying and engaging qualified leads, setting up estimates, and helping manage the front end of our sales process. This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, loves people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales representative in daily tasks to support the growth of commercial accounts
- Conduct cold calls to potential leads and gather key decision-maker information
- Set up appointments and schedule estimates for qualified prospects
- Pre-screen leads to ensure they meet our qualification criteria before handing them off
- Maintain organized records of outreach and lead interactions in CRM software
- Support follow-up efforts to keep the sales pipeline full and active
- Collaborate with the team to improve lead generation strategies
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills—friendly and confident on the phone
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Tech-savvy with basic computer and CRM software knowledge (we’ll train you!)
- Self-motivated with a team-player attitude
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
