- Own the Bidding Process: Accurately assess project costs for commercial millwork, ensuring every detail is covered.
- Build Strong Partnerships: Provide detailed and precise estimates to customers, including general contractors, builders, and architects, across all project phases—business development, pre-construction, and construction.

Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of industry experience (i.e. millwork, carpentry, or construction) estimating; using estimating software, such as PlanSwift preferred. Experience reading blueprints.
- Strong communication skills (i.e. collaboration, presentation, and negotiation); project management; and proven success meeting deadlines.
- Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test.
