Your Role as an Inside Sales Representative
As a crucial member of our team, you will:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience to our valued clients.
- Partner with Outside Sales Representatives to drive business growth.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
What You Bring to the Table
- High school diploma/GED (required); Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- At least 2 years in a sales or customer service role (e.g., inbound/outbound call environment or retail).
- Knowledge of the millwork or related building products industry (preferred).
- Familiarity with ERP systems, such as Agility (preferred).
- A passion for delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to safety and professionalism (pre-employment drug test required).
