What You’ll Do:
- Generate New Business: Build strong customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities within your territory.

- Manage Projects: Lead projects through all phases, including blueprint take-offs, product selection, and proposal preparation.
- Engage in Networking: Participate in industry organizations, trade shows, and events to increase brand awareness and foster professional relationships.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal teams and suppliers to deliver superior service to customers.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of sales experience in windows, doors, or building/construction products.
- Proven ability to build relationships with architects, builders, and contractors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software (Salesforce preferred), and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
