What You’ll Do:

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Prospect and generate new business opportunities by identifying and cultivating relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors and architects in the greater NH Upper Valley area.
    • Meet or exceed sales goals by providing tailored solutions and expert product recommendations.
  • Customer Relationships:
    • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
    • Conduct on-site consultations to understand customer needs and deliver exceptional support.
  • Product Expertise:
    • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our window and door product lines, including technical specifications and installation processes.
    • Provide accurate information and guidance on product selection, benefits, and customization options.
  • Territory Management:
    • Plan and execute sales activities within the NH Upper Valley to maximize coverage and sales opportunities.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with WDB teams to provide high quality and value add services to clients.
    • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions and product launches to stay informed about the latest industry trends.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the home improvement, construction, or building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse customers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently within the assigned territory.
  • Familiarity with the NH Upper Valley and its market dynamics is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license, safe driving record and reliable transportation are required.
