Production Operator I

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED.
• 6 months experience using woodworking machinery such as Horizontal and Vertical Door and Jamb Machine and Assembler, pneumatic and power tools, and hand tools such as various saws, wrenches, drill, hammer, etc.
• 1-year experience in a manufacturing or production environment or similar transferrable industry. (preferred)
• Pass a pre-employment physical and a pre-employment drug test.
• Perform heavy demands - exert up to 100lbs of force occasionally, 50lbs frequently.

What we offer:

Competitive pay starting at $20 per hr. plus you will have an opportunity to earn Team Incentive Performance (TIP) pay when the team achieves performance targets. Generally, your full-time work schedule is Mon – Fri 5:30 am to 2:00 pm.
