Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to achieve satisfaction
- Generating sales leads and maintains follow-ups to meet sales expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate product information using company tools and resources
- Meet personal and team sales goals
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions
- Go the extra mile to engage and retain customers
- 1-3 years of sales experience (preferred)
- General knowledge of construction and remodeling is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
