Position Overview

BPI is seeking an independent, detail-oriented, and driven individual to join our millwork team. In this role, you will contribute to the planning and operational processes of the department. You will develop innovative ways to enhance productivity while ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance and operations management to optimize both productivity and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing coverage.
• Analyze labor demand and supply trends to anticipate workforce needs.
• Optimize resource allocation by identifying and leveraging employees’ skills and productivity.
• Monitor and track labor time to assess and enhance employee productivity.
• Create and deliver detailed reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support ongoing performance evaluations and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
