Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Coordination & Analysis
- Monitor supply and demand trends for assigned products to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Analyze data and market dynamics to improve forecasting and operational performance.
- Optimize inventory allocation and identify ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Source new materials/products and evaluate supplier costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable sourcing.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure the best terms while ensuring compliance.
- Analyze supply chain processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies in scheduling, sourcing, warehousing, and logistics.
- Create performance reports for management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain database accuracy in the ERP system and ensure compliance with company policies.
Education & Experience
- Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management (preferred) OR relevant experience in purchasing, buying, or logistics.
- Experience in database management and Microsoft Excel (or similar tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Professional communication and negotiation skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
- Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions.
