Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing coverage.
- Analyze labor demand and supply trends to anticipate workforce needs.
- Optimize resource allocation by identifying and leveraging employees’ skills and productivity.
- Monitor and track labor time to assess and enhance employee productivity.
- Create and deliver detailed reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support ongoing performance evaluations and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Workforce Management, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in workforce management, labor forecasting, or performance monitoring.
- Strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach to getting tasks done.
- Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to collaboration and team success.
- Demonstrated ability to direct and coordinate operations effectively.
- Proficiency in reporting and analysis tools is a plus.
- Must live in the Sioux Falls metro area
- Must have reliable transportation
