Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated, personable, and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will source, attract, and select top talent to meet our staffing needs. You will drive the full recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and collaborating closely with the hiring managers to align hiring efforts with organizational goals.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify qualified candidates using an ATS, job boards and in-person applications
• Coordinate the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring consistent and clear communication with candidates
• Perform pre-employment screenings, background checks, driving record verifications, and evaluate candidates for qualifications and cultural fit
• Recruit for diverse roles, from warehouse to sales, collaborating with hiring managers to streamline the interview process
• Conduct employee orientation sessions to support new hires during their transition
• Partner with hiring managers to determine compensation and other hiring details for various roles
  
  

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify qualified candidates effectively
• Proficiency in job boards for recruitment and branding purposes
• Customer service experience with strong communication and soft skills to build relationships with candidates as well as the hiring managers
• Proficiency in an ATS and/or HRIS, with the willingness to learn new tools
• Knowledge of employee evaluation, exit interviews and onboarding best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and manage day to day activities as a recruiter
