Janitor / Clerical (Bilingual English / Spanish REQUIRED)
Six (6) Part Time Positions Available.
1 Lead Janitor Pay Rate COE : $18.00 PH - $20.00 PH
3 Janitors Pay Rate COE $17.00 PH - $18.00 PH
2 Janitors Pay Rate COE $17.00 PH - $18.00 PH
Hours : Monday - Friday 8 : 00 AM - 1 : 00 PM (5 hours per day)
Monday - Friday 12 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 AM (6 hours per day)
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Cleaning and Sanitation
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of designated areas within the facility, including restrooms, offices, common areas, and customer service areas.
- Must have floor care experience (i.e., Scrubber, buffer, waxers, etc.,)
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize restroom facilities regularly, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Collect, empty, and dispose of trash in designated areas, maintaining cleanliness in waste receptacles throughout the premises.
- Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and waxing or buffing floors to always uphold a polished and well-maintained appearance.
- Wipe and disinfect surfaces, countertops, desks, and other fixtures to maintain a sanitized and professional environment.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors, ensuring a streak-free and spotless finish.
