Overview
Well-known local construction company with a 50-year history is seeking a residential/commercial Assistant Project Manager:
At least two years of on-the-job experience and/or Construction Management degree. Responsible for communicating with people involved in the project to include owners, vendors, subcontractors and design team. Assist Project Managers with reviewing of plans and drawings, preparing estimates, updating project budgets, take meeting minutes, writing owner and subcontractor change orders, updating construction schedules in MS Project, write subcontractor agreements, and review and distribute submittals. Requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and computer experience. Salary negotiable based upon experience. Benefits, vacation, IRA plan.
