We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team. This role requires precision, creativity, and a passion for craftsmanship, as you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into beautiful finished products that meet our clients' specifications.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate cabinets and furniture according to design specifications and blueprints.
- Assemble cabinet components with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Perform installation of cabinets on-site, ensuring proper fit and finish.
- Collaborate with designers and clients to understand project requirements and preferences.
- Conduct repairs and modifications as needed, including tile laying, plaster work, and water damage restoration.
- Handle door hanging and frame carpentry tasks as part of the installation process.
- Operate CNC machines for precision cutting and shaping of materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at the construction site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working with tools and equipment.
Skills
- Proficient in cabinet fabrication techniques and woodworking skills.
- Experience with CNC machinery is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of installation processes for cabinetry and furniture.
- Ability to perform tile laying, plastering, and water damage restoration tasks is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in assembly and finishing work.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a construction site environment.
- Physical stamina to handle lifting, standing, and moving materials throughout the workday.
