We are looking to add a qualified Operations Manager to our team.
Help homeowners and builders with their questions.
Responsibilities
Audit Deliveries
Quality Inspect homes that are being installed
Keep track of warehouse stock
Send updates of what is going on in your division to HQ
Obtain material lists needed for service jobs
Pick up returns
Office and vehicle upkeep
Attend meetings when necessary
Enforce safety guidelines and expectations
QUALIFICATIONS
Superior attention to detail
Ability to talk to people, irate customers included
Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation
Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Monday through Friday position
4 years of siding installation or repairs
Ability to use a metal brake is a plus
Must be able to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level & combination square preferred
Ability to use power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.)
Ability to lift and/or push and/or pull up to 100 pounds
Possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
