General Construction Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and perform tasks as directed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety.
• Support skilled tradespeople in their duties, including carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of construction practices.

Experience

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings is advantageous.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
