The ideal candidate will have experience(not required we can also train you) in various roofing techniques, including tile laying and restoration, and will be comfortable working on construction sites. The Roofer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and durability of roofing structures for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials such as shingles, tiles, and metal.
- Perform tile laying and restoration tasks to enhance the longevity of roofing systems.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project completion.
- Conduct thorough inspections of roofs to identify issues or areas needing repair.
- Utilize construction estimating skills to assess project needs and materials required.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Assist in remodeling projects that involve roofing components.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in roofing or related construction fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with tile laying techniques and restoration processes.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Strong maintenance person skills with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety regulations.
- Basic welding skills are a plus but not required.
