AutoCAD REVIT Designer is responsible for all design functions, developing, prototype research and execution, lead R &D, Performing complex analysis, providing recommendations to improve efficiency and quality control while coordinating product, processes, and techniques with his or her team and project.
Essential Functions:
- Develop specifications for new parts or prototypes.
- Identifies appropriate materials and processes to ensure the quality, performance, and manufacturability of products.
- Uses AutoCAD REVIT software and other design and modeling tools to develop and improve parts and products.
- Conducts analysis and tests to determine weaknesses and failures in prototypes or products. Special projects or work as assigned.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Ensure compliance in all safety, health, and environmental regulations, policies and procedures for a goal of zero incidents and injuries.
- Identifying problems: Identifying complex problems and anticipating production issues. Conducting root-cause failure analyses.
- Evaluating options: Evaluating options and determining which ideas can be developed further, continuous improvement.
- Testing: Conducting tests to validate designs, R&D and matrix.
- Implementing solutions: Implementing solutions to meet targets for timing, cost, and reliability

Qualifications Guidelines
Software: AutoCAD Revit experience required
Experience/Training/Education:
Required:
- a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering is plus
- 3 years of residential CONSTRUCTION or correlative design work experience.
- Ideal Candidate has completed extensive construction design work.
