Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Service Estimator & Projects Coordinator based in Austin, The role involves estimating HVAC Service and RetroFit projects, coordinating project activities with field techs, clients, managing budgets, timeslines , materials and more , and overseeing piping and plumbing tasks as required with our other departments.
Qualifications
- HVAC expertise ( candidate we are seeking is a mid level to sr level HVAC Tech currently)
- Strong knowledge in HVAC Commercial Services work
- Experience in budgeting for HVAC projects ( understands pricing , alloted time & estimating principles )
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant field exp with verfiable references
- Experience in other construction or facilities industry is a plus
- Computer skills a must
