We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape construction. This role involves various tasks related to maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are visually appealing and healthy. The Landscape Technician will work closely with team members to execute landscaping projects and provide exceptional care for our client houses.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape work including landscaping, fences, decks, irrigation, and more.
- Build and maintain garden beds, ensuring proper plant placement and care.
- Provide tree care services such as pruning and removal as needed.
- Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers while adhering to best practices for plant health.
- Irrigate landscapes effectively to promote healthy growth of plants and lawns.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely to perform groundskeeping duties.
- Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and waste materials.
- Assist in the installation of landscape features such as pathways, patios, and decorative elements.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while meeting quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently in various weather conditions.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.05 - $23.52 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
