Responsibilities:
BZI is the best-in-class provider of field steel erection services to industrial sites and manufacturing facilities. This requires our Decker to align to these expectations. The general duties and major areas of responsibilities of the decker can be broken down into the following stages.
- Knowledge of client job scope.
- Compliance with all safety procedures and job documentation.
- Accountability of job equipment and tooling at job site.
- Achieve or exceed BZI quality expectations.
- Accomplish or exceed BZI production expectations.
- Follow all safety protocols in accordance with BZI Health & Safety guidelines while performing decker duties for stee erection.
- Responsible for the execution of services in accordance with the requirements of the site and TEAM process and procedures.
- Undertake the training and development to continuously improve their skills and levels of competence and knowledge.
- Perform all duties as assigned and adhere to BZI Values.
- Performs field decker services on client work sites performing duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior work experience preferred working with steel
- Work Conditions - Ability to work long periods of time outdoors
