Position
We are looking for an experienced researcher who can support our Environmental Writer(s) with the development of green building industry spotlights and position papers on challenging subjects such as:
- Have minorities, women, and the global poor received equal recognition in the green building movement?
- Have we sufficiently included ecology in the conversation?
- Have small businesses been as empowered as big businesses?
- Have we situated our movement in the spirit of global and local perspectives?
- Are Net Zero Goals the Right Goals?
- What Interests Drive the Green Building Industry?
- Whose Voices Are Represented by Green Building Organizations?
- Is Climate Change the Right Problem-Solution Framework?
The successful candidate will need to have a high capacity to source, digest, synthesize, and communicate information on a deadline from multiple media and perspectives that cross traditional disciplinary boundaries.

Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. level education that has resulted in production of dissertation quality work
- Demonstrated interest in Environmental Science, Ecology, Architecture, and/or Construction
