Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role (80% Travel with 20% in Office) as a Field Services Trainer at BuildingPoint Northeast. The Field Services Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, providing technical support, and assisting in the implementation of Trimble technologies. This role will be based in Maryland but also in Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania as needed. The trainer would cover all these states based on scheduling with the Director of Field Services. Trainer would Drive to said locations with a Company Vehicle, so a Valid Motor Vehicle License is Required.
Qualifications
- Experience in conducting training sessions and developing training materials
- Technical support skills
- Knowledge of Trimble technologies or willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility to work remotely as needed
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Valid Drivers License
- Degree in Construction Related Field
